Thoughts: I have been studying in MDIS for the past two months.  I feel that it is okay. MDIS is a good school because the teachers and classmates are very friendly and nice.  My classmates come from many different countries and we enjoy ourselves very much.  My English has progress greatly and I will work harder for my GCE 'O' level next year.

Reasons for coming Singapore: The reason why I came here to study is to learn English. As we all know, English is the international language, it is very useful especially when I want to work in the another country. My parents also want me to study here, because they think the education in China is not helpful for me. 

Thoughts: In my opinion, wherever I choose to study isn't important, the most important thing is that I learn the knowledge from my teachers. If I want to pass the O’ level and join one of the best Junior College in Singapore, I must work even more harder than before. I enjoy studying in MDIS College.

Reason for coming Singapore: I came to Singapore because my family moved to Singapore.
Thoughts: I enjoy our class very much. MDIS is an International College, when you come here to study you will definitely enjoy it.

Reasons for coming Singapore: I came to Singapore to study and to have better education so that I can improve my English as well .

Thoughts: This school is fun and i got to know people from different countries and how they behave . I learn more about their culture and i enjoy myself when I am with them. The teachers are also friendly and they know how to make the class fun and the lessons are not boring for us!

Reason for coming Singapore: I came to Singapore because I hate the High School education system in China.
Thoughts: I am very happy studying in MDIS because I have been to Singapore for 3 months and I meet a lot of nice and friendly classmates, friends and teachers.  I think my English is still not up to the required standard but I will continue to put in more effort into my studies.  Yeah!!!

Reason for coming Singapore: The reason I came Singapore to study is because the syllabus is more renown and I can learn to be more independent as i would be living on my own.

Thoughts : In terms of the education, the teachers are friendly and they move at a good pace. They also provide different methods and tips for those who don't understand. In terms of the campus and students , MDIS is filled with class rooms and good facilities like the gym and library.  As for the students, they are friendly and helpful.  

Chen Xinbin

Reason for coming Singapore:To learn English and meet Mr. Khoo.
Thoughts: When I first joined this "O" level class,I was very nervous because my English is very bad and therefore, I was very afraid to talk to anyone who was not form China.  However, after some time, I realized that most of my classmates are very friendly and they are never afraid to converse in English even though they aren't very good at it.  As I grew up being a timid person, I still refused to communicate with them in English and gradually, I lose out to the newer students who join our class at a later date.   Finally after much persuasion from my teachers and peers, I started to incorporate English into my conversation.  I am really lucky to meet nice teachers and classmates who are always there to help me.  My English has gradually improve and I hope that I will score well for my GCE 'O' level examination next year.

Lin Lingshan, Yumo

Reason for coming Singapore: To get a better education
Thoughts: Currently, I am studying at MDIS for nearly a year.  I'm very happy and honored to study here.  I study here for a long time, but I never feel bored.  MDIS is an ideal place for a student to study and live in. This is because after class you can continue to study outside on the boulevard's table or study room, the environment is quiet and clean, also you can study at your room if you live in the hostel.

As for the food (a topic which may concern many people), at MDIS,you can choose any food you like,because it has a big food court, "Kopitiam", selling different varieties of food at a reasonable price.  Furthermore, you can watch television programs while enjoying your food.  This is my MDIS.

Mok Ka Chun, Keith

Reason for coming Singapore: To complete my GCE 'O' level examinations
Thoughts: MDIS has a very good environment to study and as a student this is very important. We have nice classrooms to attend our lessons and a library for us to find our resources.  Teachers are friendly and helpful and they go all out to help us in our studies.  Lessons are never boring as they are lively and fun.  In the last few months, I realized that I have improved greatly and I will work harder to excel in my GCE ‘O’ level next year.

Reason for coming Singapore: To complete my GCE 'O' level
Thoughts: I am learning English in a particular method, which is extremely different from that of my country.I am trying to get use to a new environment, which includes meeting different people,culture,and a new type of education system. Apparently, my priority is to improve the level of my English, which is the most difficult subject to me. Being in a English speaking environment, I begin to realized that my English has improved considerably. However, I still need to put in more effort into my writing. Besides my studies, I also realized that studying in MDIS has allow me to learn how to handle life situations better and this enable me to solve the problems I encountered during the early stages of my stay in Singapore. I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation to all the MDIS staffs and teachers who have assisted me.

Reason for coming Singapore: I come to Singapore to further my studies.  As we know, Singapore is a good place to live in and get a good education.
Thoughts: I remembered when I first came to MDIS, I felt very nervous and worried.  I don't know what I will be getting but luckily after studying here for a few months, I feel free and am very familiar with its campus. Besides acquiring the necessary knowledge, I am grateful to meet a batch of wonderful teachers and classmates.  :)

Reason for coming Singapore: I am here to study the GCE 'O' level because the education system and standard here is good. And I also hope that I can enter one of the Singapore universities.
Thoughts: It is a very good experience for me to study in MDIS, teachers and classmates are very friendly and my English has improved a lot.

Reason for coming Singapore: I came here to study because Singapore is very near to Malaysia, and also it is a very safe place to stay compare to Malaysia and other countries. Singapore's education standard is very high, and i like to challenge myself. I would also like to train myself to be independent, and build up my confidence. 

Thoughts: I met a lot of friendly teachers and classmates, and the classes are very interesting too. We are also given projects to do which is a good experience and chance for me to explore many places in Singapore. Overall, studying in MDIS is a thumbs up experience for me. :)
